Partnerships

  • Black Luck Collective (Black Luck) is a true community collective and is sustained by its members generosity with their time and energy. We do not have plans of incorporating (charitable or otherwise) as the requirements demand time, resources, and good will that are better served pouring into the collective itself.

We welcome partnerships with community entities, organizations, businesses, and foundations and also accept donations of all kinds towards our continual building and supporting of Black people in Kingston.

Black Luck also partners with its members who may need some extra resourcing support to execute special projects or events.

  • If you are an organization and interested in partnering with Black Luck or would like to suggest a collaboration, connect with us down below!

We are a community-led organization. That means that we do not have paid staff to manage our partnerships and collaborations. Instead, when we work on Black Luck projects, we do so alongside our other jobs and responsibilities. Everything we do, we do because we believe in it and we believe in collaborating and co-producing with the community. But this model does mean that we can't always do EVERYTHING we'd like to. Please be mindful of our community co-creation model when reaching out to partner or collaborate with us!

If you are a Black Luck member and would like to request support from us, direct message an admin on WhatsApp.
